To be able to respond efficiently to the needs of our customers, we have defined competence centers. The goal of each competence center is to gather a maximum of knowledge and experience in a certain domain.
Each competence center is led by a senior consultant, the competence center leader, who is responsible for ensuring that junior consultants have an individual roadmap to become senior consultant in this center. The competence center leaders will also be the first contact for our customers and will determine if Infocura has the required expertise and available resources for fulfilling customer requests.
