It is the aim of Infocura to form all employees to become experienced consultants. During this formation our employees are available for longer term missions at client sites while they continue to receive extra training from the consultants or competence center leaders at Infocura.

Our junior consultants all have at least 5 years experience and are accepting missions in the Information Management area. In case they don’t possess a specific part of knowledge, Infocura will assign a senior consultant to assist him/her to gain this specific part as soon as possible.

Examples of junior consultant profiles currently engaged at Infocura are employees with severall years experience in ETL processing (Datastage), Data life cycle management (Optim), or Database administrators (DB2 on z/OS as well as on the distributed platform).
