Thanks to our expertise in the different area’s of Information Management we are able to provide first level support for IBM for the Infosphere, Optim and Data Management brand.

We currently provide this IBM first level support for our sister company Suadasoft for several companies in the BENELUX. A web based portal is used to communicate and keep track of all incidents at all time.

Besides this IBM official support Infocura can also deliver stand-by and remote support.
